Join this in-person sound healing event - an exclusive small group of 16 participants - and experience the magical effects of pranayama breathing techniques and sound healing. You will go on a profound sound journey to calm your nervous system, restore balance in your body and reach deep relaxation.
We will start the session with powerful pranayama breathing exercises, followed by a chakra-balancing meditation, supported by the crystal bowls. You will then submerge into the blissful sounds and vibrations created by crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tingsha, rainstick, chimes and a large gong. To deepen the healing, Tibetan bowls will be played on your body (possible to opt out). All played live.

Please bring the following items to ensure you are comfortable:
- yoga mat
- blanket
- pillow and/or bolster
- eye pillow
Please make sure you:
- have finished eating 1.5-2 hours before the sound healing starts
- are well-hydrated
- wear comfortable clothes
