Join this in-person sound healing event - an exclusive small group of 16 participants - and experience the magical effects of pranayama breathing techniques and sound healing. You will go on an amazing sound journey to calm your nervous system, restore balance in your body and reach deep relaxation.

We will start the session with powerful pranayama breathing exercises, followed by a chakra-balancing meditation supported by the crystal bowls. You will then submerge into the blissful sounds and vibrations created by crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, tingsha, rainstick and chimes. To deepen the healing, Tibetan bowls will be played on your body (possible to opt out). All played live.

are well-hydrated
wear comfortable clothes
