Sound healing is a restorative practice that supports wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level. Estelle is a qualified sound healer, accredited with the IICT, who focuses on grounding practices and uses a variety of instruments, including pure quartz Crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, bells, gongs, Koshi chimes and more. The pure vibrational frequency of these instruments helps to attain a meditative, deeper state of consciousness, and brings balance, harmony and calm.
