✨ SOUND HEALING BY THE WATER ✨
🌿 Sound & Cacao Women’s Mini Retreat 🌿

Join us for a restorative afternoon surrounded by nature, where you can open your heart, release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your true self.

Together, we will experience:

🌺 Cacao Ceremony
🌺 Release & Manifestation
🌺 Sound Healing
🌺 Guided Meditation
🌺 Forest Bathing
🌺 Connection in Nature
🌺 Sisterhood & Sharing

📅 Saturday, October 17th
⏰ 2pm–5pm
📍 Forest location in Tryon, NC
The exact location will be sent with your RSVP and payment.

Please note: The retreat includes a short, gentle hike down a hill to reach the water and a short walk back uphill for a sound blessing. Please make sure you feel comfortable doing this before booking. The sound bath part of the event will be on a beautiful deck overlooking the water, so please be comfortable laying on a yoga mat or to bring a deck chair to sit.
