Please note: The retreat includes a short, gentle hike down a hill to reach the water and a short walk back uphill for a sound blessing. Please make sure you feel comfortable doing this before booking. The sound bath part of the event will be on a beautiful deck overlooking the water, so please be comfortable laying on a yoga mat or to bring a deck chair to sit.
