New Moon Sound Healing in Nature with Chakra Balancing

Join us for a soul-soothing afternoon of Kundalini yoga, sound healing and chakra balancing on Sunday 27th April from 3PM-5PM as we welcome the new moon and new cycle.

In this session we are focusing on the Root Chakra (Muladhara) - the foundation of our energy system, associated with stability, grounding, and a deep sense of safety. Through a combination of Kundalini Yoga, chakra activation with tuning forks, and sound healing, we will awaken and harmonise this energy centre, helping to release fear, strengthen our connection to the earth, and cultivate a sense of inner security.

Expect a deeply grounding and revitalising experience, guided by sacred sound vibrations and movement to bring balance to your body, mind, and spirit. This session will support you in feeling more centred and empowered.

We begin with a series of gentle Kundalini yoga movements to awaken your energy, activate your chakras, open your heart, and prepare your body and mind for deep relaxation. These dynamic stretches and breathwork techniques will help activate your energy flow and enhance the benefits of the session.

Following this, immerse yourself in the therapeutic power of sound and energy alignment. Allow the sacred resonance of the Symphony gong, deep tones of the Celestial handpan, melodic Native American flute, grounding rhythms of the shamanic medicine drum, meditative singing bowls and soothing chimes to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and harmony.

To deepen the experience, chakra-balancing tuning forks will be used on or around your body to align and harmonise your energy centers, helping to release blockages and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Particular focus will be given to the root chakra in this session, along with other chakras that require clearing and balancing on the individual.

This transformative session is the perfect way to reflect, release, and set intentions for the month ahead.

Facilitators:

- Sat Ajeet is a Kundalini yoga teacher with a background in Hatha yoga and meditation. She plays the gong, or more accurately, the gong plays through her as she connects with the energy of the people who are receiving the gong sound healing.

- Anisha is a sound healer, qigong practitioner, educator, and student of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Native American healing practices. She plays the handpan, shamanic medicine drum, Native American flute, ukulele and Guzheng, and sings spiritual songs.
