Join us for a meditative journey into sound healing with our expert community music therapist and sound journey facilitator Poj Pollak.
We welcome anyone new to soundbaths. Prepare for 90 minutes to simply relax, unwind and immerse yourself in the healing frequencies.
Along the way you may unblock obstacles, release stagnant emotional states and open pathways to a richer emotional life.
