This is a special once a month sound healing session catered for tired full time mums to slow down and take some time off from caring for the household and family to turn inwards for self-care. You have been busy taking care of everyone else, but who takes care of you? Remember to nourish yourself so you can avoid motherhood burnt out, and return home to the family happy and relaxed. A happy mum = happy family.

For the seniors above 65 years old, this is also specially catered to bring you a peaceful late morning wellness activity to rejuvenate your mind and body, for greater ease of mobility and well-being, especially if you had been experiencing sleepless nights, or struggling with physical aches and pains in the body. Let the power of sound gently bring your body back to resonance and release those blockages that might be causing the physical ailments, and returning to peaceful rest at nights.
