Sound Healing for Your Soul

Sound Healing for Your Soul

Your monthly evening of relaxation, rest and renewal.

Take a step away from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself the gift of stillness, self-care and connection.

Join us on the second Thursday of every month for our nurturing Sound Healing for Your Soul workshop — a peaceful evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience the calming effects of therapeutic sound in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Immerse yourself in a 60-minute sound bath featuring Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums and other healing instruments. The soothing sounds and vibrations create an opportunity to calm your mind, ease feelings of stress and tension, and nurture a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.

Whether you're completely new to sound healing or have experienced it before, everyone is welcome. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself some much-deserved time to rest, recharge and nourish your soul.
