Vino & Vibes - A fresh take on a women’s circle!
Grab a bottle of wine and join me for an evening of healing.
This event falls in the days leading into the full moon in May, also known as the “Flower Moon”.
We start with a sound bowl meditation, followed by integration time. Get cozy, pour yourself a wine and write down what you are ready to release. Add it to the burning bowl and allow your spirit team to take the weight off your shoulders.
Exhale the past, inhale the future.
BYO Wine.
I provide mats & cushions. Please wear warm and comfy clothes and bring your own blanket if you would like to feel extra cozy.

Ticketed event - spaces are limited.
There is plenty of free parking at the venue. Please arrive 5mins before start time to get settled.
Tickets are non-refundable, however you are more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend if you’re unable to attend. (Please let me know, as names will be checked at door)
