Experience Sound Healing in our beautiful gallery facilitated by Master Reiki practitioner, Penny Scott.

This special 45min session will follow an artist talk by Yaelle Schwarcz as she shares insights into her exhibition Chasing the Light; a conversation with truth. The artist talk will start at 2pm and finish at 3pm.

ABOUT SOUND HEALING
Sound frequencies are used to engage with the body and mind; with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health. Using therapeutic sound and vibration to match the body’s frequency, supports the healing and balancing of the body’s energy centres to achieve optimal health.

The use of sound can aid in invoking a state of relaxation, which assists in relieving tension, stress, and anxiety held in the body; whilst elevating your mood.

What to bring:

a thick yoga mat (or bring two, as the floor can be chilly), blanket or bean bag. We have plenty of comfy chairs or bean bags.

Sound Healing can alter blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate. If you have any health concerns it is recommended you speak with your health practitioner prior.
This workshop is suitable for persons 16 years and over, people aged under 18 years must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
