You will be guided into a deep state of relaxation as Emily plays a variety of instruments including gongs, crystal sound bowls, chimes, ocean drum and more.
Simply lay back, get cosy and allow the healing vibrations to wash over you. A Sound Bath will assist you to clear any stuck or stagnant energy, so you can float into your evening with your selfcare cup full!
