All you need to do is snuggle up with a cosy blanket, lie back and let the soothing sounds of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and chimes wash over you.

You don’t need any meditation experience to attend. In fact, if you find it hard to quiet a busy mind, this is the perfect escape for you! Emily's soundscapes are designed to effortlessly guide you into the Theta brainwave state, the state achieved during deep moments of meditation.

And here’s the extra magic! Not only will you enjoy listening to a variety of live instruments in a small group setting, but you’ll also receive 1:1 sound healing attention from a qualified Sound Therapist during the session to cleanse and clear your energy field.

*Comfy mats are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own, or anything additional to ensure maximum comfort during the session.

Chairs are also available if laying down is not accessible for you.
