You will be guided into a deep state of relaxation as Emily plays a variety of instruments including gongs, Tibetan bowls, chimes, ocean drums and crystal singing bowls. 

Simply lay back, get cosy and allow the healing vibrations to wash over you. A Sound Bath will clear any stuck or stagnant energy from your biofield, so you can float into your evening and week ahead with your self-care cup full!
