Join me for a monthly sound healing experience designed as a gentle pause at the end of your month. Held from 6:45–8:00pm on the last Sunday of each month, this session is a space to reflect, release what you no longer need, and settle into a sense of calm before stepping into a new month.

You will be guided through a combination of breath awareness, meditation and immersive sound using crystal singing bowls and other instruments. The experience is intentionally slow and accessible, making it suitable for all bodies, all levels, and anyone feeling the weight of a busy or overstimulating world.

What makes this session special is the way it weaves together structure and softness. There is space for quiet reflection, but also a sense of shared experience in the room. It is not about doing anything perfectly or having prior experience. It is about arriving as you are and allowing your body and mind to rest.

Expect a warm, inclusive environment grounded in kindness and respect. You will leave feeling more settled, more connected to yourself, and gently prepared for the month ahead.

Please bring a water bottle and anything that helps you feel comfortable. Yoga props are provided.
