What is Sound Healing?

Everything in the universe is vibration, including our thoughts, emotions, and physical bodies. Sound Healing is an ancient therapeutic practice that uses intentional sound frequencies to support relaxation, energetic alignment, and overall wellbeing.

During this immersive experience, you’ll be invited to lie down comfortably and be bathed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, Rav Drum, shamanic drum, rattles, healing vocals, and sacred tones.

These powerful frequencies help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and guide the body into deeply restorative states where healing, integration, and renewal can naturally occur.

Many participants report feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and deeply relaxed following a session.

Guided by Ash, this unique journey combines sound healing traditions with intuitive energy work to create a rich and transformative soundscape.

Through the resonant vibrations of shamanic drumming, crystal and Himalayan bowls, gong, Rav Drum, rattles, healing vocals, and sacred sounds, you’ll be gently guided inward on a journey of release, restoration, and reconnection.
