Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Healing Medicine Session, where you’ll be guided into a state of relaxation and inner peace through the power of sound.

For approximately 1.5 hours, you will lay down comfortably and be immersed in a therapeutic soundscape of ethereal vocals, live music, healing frequencies, sacred mantras, and uplifting vibrations designed to realign your energy and uplift your spirit.

Let go of stress, reconnect with your inner self, and experience the gentle yet profound effects of sound as medicine.

• A thick yoga mat or cushion set up

• A pillow

• A blanket

• A water bottle

• Eye mask (optional)

• Anything that will keep you comfortable for lying on the ground

This session will be lovingly facilitated by Jyotishakti & Vidya, two dedicated sound healers and spiritual practitioners. With a deep connection to mantra, music, and ancient healing traditions, they create a safe and heart-centered space for deep transformation, relaxation, and renewal.

Their intuitive approach weaves together sound, silence, and soul.
