A little bit of science:
Modern research shows that the use of sound and vibration can trigger a deep relaxation response and meditative states and produce positive changes in our autonomic, immune and endocrine systems. Every atom, cell and organ of our bodies has its unique sound and frequency signature. Using sound can help entrain our brainwaves, reduce anxiety and depression, and improve sleep and the immune system. Sound healing works at physical, mental, consciousness and spiritual levels and helps us restore our body’s natural balance in a gentle way. As Jonathan Goldman, world-renowned teacher and musician, says: “Sounds can change the world.”

Love and light, Nina 🙏
