**SOUND HEALING + STILLNESS**

This is the slow one.

An evening with very little to do other than get comfortable, listen and give yourself some space away from everything else.

The session combines **live Tibetan singing bowls, guided meditation, breathing, mantra, group sound and periods of complete quiet.**

You don’t need any experience with meditation, sound or Qigong.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

We’ll begin with a short grounding practice to settle in.

From there, most of the evening will be spent sitting or lying comfortably while I work with live singing bowls and guide you through different sound, breath and meditation practices.

We may explore simple mantra and group sound — nothing performative and you certainly don't need to be able to sing.

I also bring some of the philosophy that sits behind my Qigong practice into these evenings, including short passages and ideas from the Tao Te Ching.

The intention is simply to create some space to slow down and be still for a while.

Where the weather allows, we may finish outside with a few minutes of quiet, mindful walking on the grass.

**WHAT TO BRING**

Come comfortable. Lounge clothes are completely acceptable.

Please bring:

• A pillow

• A blanket

• An eye mask if you like

• Water

• Anything else you need to be comfortable lying down

You’re also welcome to bring a crystal, keepsake or small personal object to place beside you during the session.
