Event description

Sound Healing is an age old modality used in the healing arts to assist
the participant with relaxation and wellbeing . With the use of voice and instruments the sound healing facilitator guides those on a journey of deep relaxation and surrender.
Clara holds a Bachelor of Contemporary Music practices and researched sound healing as her thesis topic for her post graduate honours with the University of Canberra.
Please bring a mat or something comfortable and warm to lay on for the duration and an eye pad if you wish .💛
