'What do I need to bring?

We would ask if you could please bring a yoga mat to lay on, a pillow, and optional blanket and eye mask. We have all of these things at the studio, but you might wish to use your own props.

What happens during sound Healing?

Sound Healing is a form of Vibrational medicine which occurs by using high Frequency instruments which enter the body, which is a great conductor of sound. Therefore, it creates a natural state of balance and harmony within the body and body systems. Sound Healing has been known to change your brain waves into a "Theta State". When in Theta it creates balance within the hemispheres of the brain as well as promoting great healing on a cellular level.

What are the benefits of Sound Healing?

Studies have showed sound healing lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, improves sleep and mood, aligns your chakras and clears energetic blocks, helps pain management, PTSD, aids in recovery after illness and trauma, stimulates the immune system and heals cells in the brain.

My sound healing journey began over two years ago when introduced to a sound bath while receiving a reiki treatment. Since then, I have gained a new passion within myself and studied sound healing. I have embraced learning a variety of scared medicinal instruments from all different cultures and I am so thrilled to be able to share this beautiful healing experience with you all.
