What to expect:

Each session begins with a guided meditation, breathwork, and intention setting. You will experience healing frequencies and sacred sounds of the nepalese singing bowls, crystal bowls, shamanic drums, and chimes 🎶.

All you have to do is lie down and allow the healing sounds and vibrations to wash over you - listening with every cell in your body 🧘🏽‍♂️.

What to bring:

Yoga mats, blankets and cushions for lying down
Favourite crystal to charge and cleanse (optional)
Water bottle
