Join us for a powerful and immersive evening as Boho Luxe brings together Henry of The Sound Ceremony, Vicky of Wings of Wellbeing, and Kristy of Holistic Heart Healing for a soul-stirring journey through sound, cacao, and breathwork. These three gifted facilitators weave their expertise in shamanic and psychic practices, holistic healing, and energy alchemy to create a truly unique and expansive experience.

You are invited to attend individual sessions or embrace the full journey by booking all three—each session beautifully builds upon the last, deepening your healing, integration, and transformation.

Session 1: Sound Bath Ceremony (Facilitated by Henry)

A deeply immersive soundscape experience to awaken your mind, body, and soul. With the healing resonance of Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs, shamanic drums, chimes, harmonic vocal tones, and ancient ceremony, you will be guided into a purifying state of consciousness. This enchanting ceremonial sound bath will cleanse your energetic field and transport you to a place of deep stillness, renewal, and peace.

Session 2: Cacao Ceremony (Facilitated by Kristy)

Step into a high-vibrational sacred container and connect with the ancient plant medicine of Cacao—the Food of the Gods. This heart-opening elixir gently quiets the mind, expands the soul, and guides us into deep healing, clarity, and balance. This incredible shamanic ceremony will align us with the highest frequencies of light and wisdom, calling upon powerful allies to guide our journey. This is an opportunity to ground, receive insight, and expand your heart's capacity for love and transformation.

Session 3: Transformative Breathwork & Sound Journey (Facilitated by Vicky, supported by Kristy & Henry)

Through conscious connected breath, journey into altered states of consciousness where deep healing, release, and renewal occur. Holotropic Breathwork (* see notes below) allows you to clear stored emotions, stagnant energy, and past traumas held within the body, creating space for profound transformation.
This session integrates breath, meditation, and high-vibrational sound, immersing you in a deeply restorative soundscape that soothes the nervous system, calms the mind, and realigns your energy. Guided by breath and sacred vibration, you will attune to the natural cycles of release and rebirth, stepping forward feeling grounded, embodied, and empowered as you embrace the shifts within.

The Sound Ceremony is a total immersion sound bath to ignite the mind, body and spirit. A simple sound meditation. Singing bowls set the tone followed by a sound session to stimulate the energy and set the intention within the body.

Kristy Brooks | Holistic Heart Healing
Kristy is an accredited Reiki, Seichim, and Karuna master/teacher, as well as a Cacao Ceremonialist Facilitator, specializing in somatic release breathwork and meditation. Her work is driven by a profound passion for guiding individuals into self-love, radical self-acceptance, and self-belief. Kristy creates a safe and nurturing environment for deep self-exploration, helping clients align with their highest timelines. Her fascination with the metaphysical and spiritual realms, along with her love for crystals and oracle cards, has inspired her dedication to empowering others.Through her practice, Kristy offers transformative experiences that include energy healing, intuitive readings, and ceremonial work.
