Join us for our bi-monthly Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Immersion Sundays - enjoy an evening as you are taken on a journey of gentle movement and sound, sending subtle vibrations and healing frequencies throughout your body and energy field.
Creating space for deep rest & relaxation on all levels.
This gentle practice is suitable for all body's', all ages and stages of life as you are fully supported in the postures to support your nervous system and help to reduce stress and anxiety.
You will be gently guided through the practice along with meditation, chakra & energy healing, aromatherapy, affirmations & more.
