What to Expect at the Sound Healing

Opening Intention – We begin by grounding into the space, setting personal and collective intentions for the journey ahead.

Sacred Soundscape – Immerse yourself in the vibrations of the medicine drum, Shruti box, chimes, and other healing instruments, allowing the sound to move through you, releasing, realigning, and awakening.

Deep Rest & Receiving – As the sounds wash over you, your body and mind will naturally enter a state of deep relaxation, where insights, emotions, and remembering may arise.
