Event description
Come and relax in this beautiful nourishing space at the end of the traditional work week!
You’ll experience a uniquely designed sound immersion circle led by Jemma - a tertiary qualified counselling professional, composer, public speaker, experienced group facilitator & educator.
The learning component includes connecting with tools and strategies to assist with your mindfulness & relaxation practice. It also provides pathways to regulation and you’ll learn about the ‘window of tolerance’ and the importance of the vagus nerve.
What you can expect - participate at your own comfort levels in gentle relaxation, guided imagery, mindfulness, humming and vocal toning.
During the evening Jemma weaves in her vocals, flute and other instruments to enhance this soulful experience.
