Every Sunday join Marta Kalani,

An hour journey to immerse yourself in a Sound Bath guided by Marta Kalani. Quartz crystal bowls will paint the Soundscape of healing vibrations while Marta will accompany with her divine song, improvised chanting, sacred mantra and a guided meditation to connect with your breath and body and help you to access a deeper state of relaxation.

From Tibetan singing bowls to Aboriginal didgeridoos, music has been used for its therapeutic effects for thousands of years. Sound Baths can help to quiet the mind, heal and release tension and unlock energy that could have been stuck in our bodies.
