ABOUT CEREMONIAL CACAO
Cacao has been used as a health elixir and ceremonial medicine for centuries, first documented as having been used by the Ancient ancestors of the Olmec people from Central America. Later it was believed to have been used as a ritualistic medicine by the Mayan and Aztec cultures.
The effect of Ceremonial Grade Cacao is known for generating a gentle expansive feeling, assisting with deeper connection, unlocking spiritual channels, releasing negative emotions and opening the heart chakra.
ABOUT SOUND HEALING
Sound has an ancient kinship with meditation and healing. Sound healing has ancient roots in cultures all over the world. Sound Healing using Singing Bowls is an healing modality that utilises the deep vibrations and soothing sounds.
Modern science is beginning to catch up to ancient wisdom. A recent study published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine found that an hourlong sound meditation helped people reduce tension, anger, fatigue, anxiety, and depression, while increasing a sense of spiritual well-being.
The crystal bowls used in this healing are pure Quartz tuned to 432Hz to allow for the best sound and resonance.
