This is an invitation for you to find balance and relaxation this season :)

In this intimate setting, you will be guided through gentle breathwork (pranayama), slow flow yoga and a beautiful sound journey.

During the guided sound journey, harmonious sounds of the singing bowls shift the brain waves into a state of deep relaxation, I.e. the alpha state. The sound becomes a bridge to the innerspace, the space of calm and safety. Simply allow yourself to be embrace by the gentle sound.

We use Peter Hess Singing Bowls, Koshi chimes, Feng gong, rain disc, wave harp and zen bell for the sound journey.

Please ensure you arrive 15 mins early to allow yourself time to settle in. Latecomers will not be accepted.
