Join us for a powerful and nurturing Sound Journey and Gong Sleepover!

Creative Roots Breath Therapy and Yoga Vibrations are really excited to be collaborating to create a deep and powerful Sound Journey followed by a 8-hour Gong Sleepover.

Doors will open at 8 pm for you to set up your sleeping area, prepare for the night in whatever way you choose… gentle yoga, meditation, Pranayama, journaling, intention setting, chatting with your friends, reading a book… whatever feels right for you.

Please, arrive before 8:30 pm, as you will definitely need this time to prepare and 'arrive' before we start and not disturb others once the sound journey begins.

At 9 pm, we will start with a 1 hour Guided Sound Meditation to connect with the elements around and within us and drop into a meditative state before the gongs start at 10 pm and play continuously until the last strike at 6 am.

The magical sounds of nature waking up will greet your morning and allow you plenty of time to rise for the day, soaking in the vibrations your body absorbed through the night. You will be provided with hot drinks, fruits and nibbles in the morning to ground yourself before going on with your day.

Being in Kobble Creek, you will be near beautiful nature sites and creeks if you choose to immerse yourself in nature after the event.

The Gongs are powerful instruments which allow your body to draw what it needs from them. Their vibrations work with the Subtle Energetic body and can help ground body, mind and spirit, find clarity, shift emotions, move energy through, detoxify the body, improve sleep quality, the list goes on... however, each experience is unique to each person. The effects are often subtle and can last for several days after the event, sometimes weeks.

BYO Overnight Sleeping mattress, Water bottle, Sleeping Bag, Blanket, Pillow, Eye pillow, Eye mask, Hugging pillow... and anything to keep you warm and comfortable for the night.

Directions from Samford:
From Samford, follow Mount Samson Rd direction Dayboro
Turn left into the SECOND Kobble Creek Rd turn off
Continue to the right on Watson Rd
When arriving at the Kobble Creek Pocket sign, keep left on Watson Rd
Then take the first left onto Ray Booker Rd.
Creative Roots Breath Therapy Studio will be about 300m on the left.
Please park on the left side of the road, closest to the studio.
