Stef Crowley is based in Mount Maunganui, Bay Of Plenty who's been working with healing frequencies for 18 years, and in 2024 opened up next levels of her channeling abilities to work even more directly with sound, tonal and energetic healing frequencies.

MEditation is a blended combination of mediation and a set of guided steps to invite you into your deep Subconscious, where all of your beliefs, programs, fears and points of view are stored.
