Event description

You are invited into The Forest Haven in Wanganui, NSW. To relax into who you are with a powerful sound journey of Handpan & Voice + Guided Meditation + Nourishment + Earth connection.

First day after the Spring Equinox - a time of new beginnings and grounded awareness. This will be a celebration of life as much as a place to cultivate deep peace within your centre.

Hosts:

Laisa Loved is an intentional visionary vocalist, weaving story through word & song. Inspired by the raw simplicity of the mountains, birds and the transformation available within the spirit of being alive. With a grounded & calm presence, her voice orchestrates a portal for self-discovery & earthly connection. Utilising her most loved vocal toning techniques and positive, thought-provoking mantras to both soothe and elevate the energy fields of receivers. Guiding in breath work & meditation to anchor us into a place of self-knowing and strength within our direction.

Alessandro is a gifted musician, with 8 years of cultivating a connection with the enchanting powers of the hand pan. His great knowledge of music theory supports a wide variety of both sound and emotion. His work is in curating compositions to open pathways of the mind to deliver an explorative journey. In his time of living & learning from First Nations communities close to Uluru, Ale was introduced to the yidaki (didgeridoo), meeting the impact of vibrational sound healing combined with intentional breath, uniting him with the powers of pursuing the healing arts.

Ceremonial Cacao as a heart-opening plant ally.

Earth Bowls: plant-based nourishment made organic, seasonally & with the potency of LOVE.

Outdoor fire during sunset to connect to the elements & witness the grace of Mount Jerusalem.

What to bring: yoga mat, cushion, items of comfort & ritual.

We gather on Bundjalung country. Acknowledging with reverence the spirit and power within the land and people. Indigenous Sovereignty, always.
