What you can expect:
* Open space and Welcome for the evening, group grounding

* A meditation journey, guiding you to unfurl nervous system tightness - and release what has been recently carried energetically.

* Be guided to explore your inner 'fire' motivation through candle gazing

* Crystal Sound Bowl Journey, with chimes and voice toning to serenely support your inner journey

All guided portions are supported with tools to allow the most amount of peace and non-attachment so the process is very peace-inducing.

Stef Crowley is based in Mount Maunganui, Bay Of Plenty who's been working with healing frequencies for 18 years, and in 2024 opened up next levels of her channeling abilities to work even more directly with sound, tonal and energetic healing frequencies.

A deeply connected understanding of the flow of the spiritual human existence, Stef works in person and online with people from all over New Zealand, and the world.

MEditation is a blended combination of mediation and a set of guided steps to invite you into your deep Subconscious, where all of your beliefs, programs, fears and points of view are stored. Supremely fast acting, simple, yet potently empowering, whilst holding you gently in the state of deep relaxation whilst any changes occur.

What is Sound Journey?

Aside from lying down under a cozy blanket, and you're invited to move as, and when you feel as necessary - you don't need to 'do' anything …
