Event description

Come and experience a deeply nourishing and relaxing sound journey in a safe and welcoming space.

Sound baths are a beautiful way to access our inner peace and quiet our busy minds. The perfect way to wrap up a weekend before a busy week. All you need is a comfy pillow and your yoga mat.. be ready to relax!

There will be guided meditation followed by an alchemy of sound ranging from the deeply trance inducing frame drum.. crystal bowls, gongs, tongue drum, koshie chimes and the mesmerising handpan..

Bookings are essential as we keep the groups small to allow for a deeper experience with the instruments.
