Join me for a deeply relaxing, meditative sound experience.

As you lie comfortably, frequencies from instruments including crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, chimes, gong and handpan help to quieten your mind, relax your body and reset your energy.

We're bombarded with noise and frequencies that disrupt our natural vibration. Sound healing helps us to decompress from those harsher energies, and gently guides us back into balance.

Many other benefits can be experienced, such as regulating your nervous system, lowering blood pressure, helping with sleep, anxiety, and an enhanced sense of wellbeing.

This is a safe space to drop into your heart and your deepest truth.

PLEASE BRING:

- yoga mat
- blanket/s
- pillow if you'd like one
- eye mask (recommended)
- anything else you may like for comfort, such as additional padding to lie on
- water bottle for hydration after the event

Doors open at 6:50pm. Please aim to arrive on time so you can get comfortable before we start.

Parking:
There is limited parking directly outside the building, however ample parking on the grass behind the Just Plane Interesting shop and a few spaces to the right of the shop. (Please do not park at Bodega restaurant as they will tow).
