Join me for a deeply relaxing, meditative sound experience.

As you lie comfortably, frequencies from instruments including crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, chimes, gong and handpan help to calm your mind, relax your body and reset your energy.

We're bombarded with noise and frequencies that disrupt our natural vibration. Sound healing helps us to decompress from those harsher energies, and gently guide us back into balance.

Many other benefits can be experienced, such as regulating your nervous system, lowering blood pressure, helping with sleep, anxiety, and an enhanced sense of wellbeing.

This is a safe space to drop into your heart and your deepest truth.

PLEASE BRING:
- yoga mat + extra padding if desired for comfort
- blanket
- pillow if you'd like one
- eye mask (recommended)

Doors open at 6:50pm. Please aim to arrive on time so you can get comfy before we start.
