Sound Journey with Kylie and Emily at Ladies HQ

Enjoy a deeply relaxing Sound Journey with Sound Healing Facilitators Kylie and Emily. This offering is specifically designed to help you rest and unwind.

All you need to do is lay back, get comfy and listen to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, flutes, gongs and Tibetan metal bowls.

No Meditation experience is needed for this class. In fact, a Sound Journey is perfect if you're new to Meditation or maybe you find it difficult to switch off. If you're already a relaxation pro you'll also love this offering!

Your Sound Practitioners will play certain notes and frequencies together throughout the session, helping to ease you into the Theta brainwave state. Accessing a deep meditative state not only calms the mind but can also activate the body’s system of self-healing!

Please note: Ladies HQ is a female-only venue. It is an upstairs venue. Guest parking is alongside the black gate (NOT inside the complex)
