Join us for an immersive sound journey experience with Elissa from One Mind Wellness.

Each journey is meticulously crafted to promote deep relaxation and restoration, as you indulge in the resonance of high-frequency crystal bowls, an array of chimes, rain sticks, Shamanic drum, and other harmonious instruments.

Yoga mats and eye masks will be provided. Please bring a pillow and blanket and any additional props for added comfort.

**Doors open at 5:20pm, for a 5:30pm start.

I recommend drinking lots of water on the day, as sound travels through us best when we are hydrated.
