Sometimes the most important thing we can do is simply slow down.

Our Sound Journey is a gentle invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend two hours resting, breathing and reconnecting with yourself.

You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing experience using live instruments including crystal singing bowls, guitar, Native American flutes, didgeridoo, percussion, chimes, voice and carefully woven soundscapes.

There’s nothing you need to do and nowhere you need to be. You don’t need any experience with meditation or sound healing. Simply come as you are, find a comfortable place to lie down, and allow yourself to be held by the music and the space.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a busy season, or simply longing for a little stillness, this afternoon offers an opportunity to soften, restore and come home to yourself.

What to bring

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Pillow and blanket for warmth and comfort
• Water bottle
• Anything else that helps you feel cosy
