Here you will be introduced into flower gazing, a beautiful form of meditation, and your flower will help to enhance your meditation.
Sound meditation is one great way to infuse the body and field with harmonious frequencies that can help entrain our frequency to a higher level.
Time to nourish your soul and take the time out to meditate, and be with yourself.
This event will be run by qualified Group Sound Meditation Facilitator, Nadia Shaw, who is passionate about using sound as a tool to access your intuition and inner healing.
Don't forget to bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for comfort; and your journal if you feel so inclined.
