In this ethereal, slow-moving experience, you’ll be held in a safe and nurturing space to release the energetic "noise" we all accumulate. Just as we cleanse our bodies daily, this vibrational frequency therapy cleanses your emotional and energetic layers, helping you feel refreshed and renewed.

Guided by Katrina Noela, a specialized Singer Sound Healer, you’re invited into a restorative practice that harmonizes mind, body, and spirit for optimal well-being.

WHAT TO EXPECT

6:30pm ~ Arrive early to enjoy a cuppa-connection exchange or personal chill-out time and find your preferred placement: sitting or lying down.

6:50pm DOORS CLOSE, so please arrange enough time to find parking and head upstairs.

7:00pm ~ Relax back as our Sound Bath begins letting Katrina's intuitive voice and the rebalancing vibrations of crystal singing bowls guide you into stillness. For 45 minutes, your only task is to breathe, rest, and allow the sound waves to work through you, releasing tension and processing stored emotions.

Each session is unique, crafted in response to the group’s emotional/energetic needs, ensuring a transformative experience.

~~ CARE NOTE: your experience will be unique to where you are on your journey today. These vibrations may stir emotions, memories, or body sensations, and that’s perfectly natural. Embrace them with kindness, breathe deeply, and allow them to rise and release like bubbles in water. Know that you are held in a safe space, and Katrina is here to support you if you need.

What to BRING:

Yoga mat & pillow (venue has chairs & high bolsters available to sit upright on)
Blanket & eye pillow
Water bottle & tea cup as desire

Location

On the elbow corner of Flour Mill way you will find the beautiful Little B!G House (the smallest building on the block), where our sessions will be held upstairs on level 1. Please enter from the BACK DOOR ENTRANCE (see pics below) and refer to the “What to bring” section to support yourself further to make yourself as comfortable as possible whilst you're there.

Street parking available (but tricky sometimes so please allow extra time)

Our family-friendly Sound Healings occur every 2nd Tuesday and every 4th Saturday of the month at Summer Hill Little Big House. Suggested age is 6+yrs.

Hi, I’m Katrina Noela, and I’m honored to share the transformative power of voice and sound with the world. As a professional singer, sound healer, speaker and spiritual practitioner with over 25 years of experience, my work is rooted in creating heart-centered experiences that inspire, uplift, heal and unite.

Through my ethereal and deeply resonant vocal performances, I naturally channel frequencies from realms that transcend the ordinary. My voice becomes a vessel for transformation, inviting profound emotional release, calming the nervous system, and raising frequencies to bring harmony and renewal.
