Thanks to the Ravensthorpe Hopetoun Future Fund, this School Holidays, children have the opportunity to attend a free Sound Meditation!

This activity is perfect for kids who want a chance to relax and catch their breath from the busy demands of school and life. The enchanting sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and drums will carry them to a magical place of relaxation.

Throughout this 1 hour session, children will be able to experience the sounds of new and interesting instruments and maybe even find something new they love! If they have any questions about the instruments used, or the sound meditation itself, Gaia Tune is more than happy to answer them after the meditation session.

All children 10+ welcome!
