Step out of the daily juggle & into a space designed entirely for your restoration.

Our sessions begin with a guided full-body relaxation, settling your nervous system and quietening the mental chatter. Once settled, you will be immersed in the harmonic frequencies of crystal singing bowls—a gentle yet profound experience that allows your mind and body to find a state of deep, nourishing stillness.

This is self-care in its truest form. A dedicated hour to drop the mental load, recharge your energy, and reconnect with yourself.

What to Bring

This beautiful studio is equipped with mats, bolsters, and some blankets. However, for the ultimate restorative experience, we recommend you "layer up" your comfort:

• Extra Padding: Feel free to bring your own yoga mat to double up for extra cushioning.

• Warmth: Your body temperature can drop as you relax, so please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a cozy blanket and thick socks, particularly in cooler seasons.

• Support: A pillow or cushion from home for your head.

• Extras: A sleep mask (optional) and a water bottle.

Important to Note

• Pregnancy: Please note that sound healing is generally not recommended during pregnancy.

• Accessibility: Our studio sanctuary is located on the first floor and is accessible only via a flight of stairs.
