Event description

Sonic Bath and Oriel Sun are teaming up to take you on a powerful journey through Sound with Ancient Chanting and Crystal Bowls and guided meditation.

Delight in 60 mins of transcending your paradigm and creating freedom to journey and explore the magic and stillness of your inner landscape as you are guided through a gentle meditation with hypnotic sound, vocals and ancient chanting that will caress your senses and to sing the Soul.

Please bring a Yoga mat, blanket and pillow to be comfortable lying or sitting for the duration.

A small number of mats and blankets are available at the venue. 

Please arrive at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start.

You are also welcome to join for a cuppa and conversation at the end.
