Sound Meditation Under the Trees
Event description
Join us for a peaceful mediation session whilst enjoying the city’s natural wonders.
Olman Walley from Boorloo Aboriginal Cultural Experiences will guide attendees through a sound immersion experience featuring the didgeridoo, gong and other instruments. The session will start with breathing and light stretching exercises followed by an immersion into traditional song and music providing relaxing sounds to the whole space.
Attendees will be sitting or lying down for the duration of the session and are requested to wear comfortable clothing and bring their own mat/towel as well a drink bottle to stay hydrated.
