WELCOME
Join us Dan Byrne, Tamsin Robinson & Yen Bryon on this 3-hour Sound healing, Breathwork and Cacao Ceremony
ABOUT THE EVENT
Our mission is to provide a safe and inclusive environment to guide you through an uplifting and self finding breathwork session to allow you to get back in touch with your inner self to break free from every day worries, stress and anything that might be holding you back; to compliment our session we will integrate with a sound healing journey by Dan Byrne and a Ceremonial Cacao share circle to close the workshop with beautiful connections and the creation of lasting friendships.
BREATHWORK
We explore different types of slow and fast breathing techniques with an emphasis on the calming of mind through breath and sound as its essence allows us to connect deeper into our mind, body and spirit. These techniques are tools that welcomes transformation and allows one to let go of what no longer serves them.
Slow breathing is utilised to down regulate our nervous system and finish the workshop feeling complete, integrated and free.
SOUND SCAPE
A variety of instruments from across the world are used. From Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, didgeridoos, Ravi drums, gongs, chimes and nature sounds. Perfectly curated to support the activation and release of unwanted energy, whilst also guiding you into deep relaxation.
CEREMONIAL CACAO
We will conclude the workshop with a guided and connected cacao offering. High grade spiritual quality cacao is used and is known for its powerful medicinal qualities that assist in heart connection, integration, expansion and growth. This ceremonial mix is made with intention and the warm love of the feminine and is combined with organic coconut milk, organic coconut cream and organic honey.
JOURNALING
We will be having a small journey of journaling -
Often these workshops can spark ideas and deep understandings of your own life. It’s a great opportunity to self reflect on your experience and draw on any emotions, learnings and key take aways. It’s a great way to bring what you learn into your everyday life and is a great tool to support the intergration process of what is released during your experience.

If there is anything further you require to lay comfortably please feel free to bring it along eg ( eye mask)
