"Sound Of Unity" - Afternoon of Connection, Play, Healing & Music

Join us for the Sound of Unity Gathering, where we’ll explore the sacred dance of masculine and feminine energies within us all. This gathering is a space for deep connection, healing, and joyful play, whether you’re single or in a partnership.

Through soulful exercises, we’ll unite sisters with sisters, brothers with brothers, and everyone together as one. Our intention is to create a nurturing environment where healing and play go hand in hand, allowing you to carry this energy into your daily life.

We’ll dive into embodied movement, heart-centered connection, emotional release and power of playfulness. Music, song, and sacred harmonies will also be central to our experience

We’ll end our journey with a beautiful community meal by the fire, sharing in the warmth and unity we’ve cultivated. Come as you are, and let’s connect, heal, and play together in this sacred space

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing that you are okay with getting physically active in
• Water bottle
• Instruments to jam with (Shakers, djembe, rattles, guitar, flutes ect)
• Meal to share if staying for dinner
