My Sound Sanctuary is a deeply restorative sound bath meditation designed to soothe your nervous system, quieten your mind and bring you home to yourself. With my singing bowls, soft drum rhythms, chimes and my gentle guiding words and voice, I create a soundscape that helps your body unwind and your energy settle into a place of calm and clarity.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, carrying emotional heaviness or simply craving stillness, this is a nourishing space to rest, reset and reconnect.

A Sound Sanctuary supports you on all levels of your being, physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual. People often describe feeling:

You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably while I guide you through a gentle settling meditation before the sound journey begins. The session unfolds in waves of soothing tones and grounding rhythms, allowing your mind and body to soften layer by layer.

There is nothing you need to do. Simply rest, receive and allow the sound to meet you where you are.

Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are available!

However, to make yourself even more comfortable, please bring:

Your own yoga mat or mattress
Pillow
Blanket
Comfortable clothing
Anything else to help you settle deeply into rest and for your own personal comfort
Water bottle
Refreshments are provided. Please stay and enjoy a cuppa, some yummy refreshments and connect with other like-minded attendees!

After two years of holding monthly Sound Sanctuaries in Selby in the Yarra Valley, I’m excited to continue offering this deeply restorative experience monthly during 2026! This year promises to be a year of profound change and I'd love to support you as we navigate those changes together! My intention is always to create a warm, supportive space where people feel seen, safe and gently guided back into their own inner peace.
