Kia Ora! Join us for a Sound Sea Session, and experience the magic of sound healing. With Nicola Rose Gibbons and Phoebe Chan co creating. Both bringing their different gifts of sound frequency healing, sometimes joyfully overlapping to sound together.
Nicola will bring through a guided meditation, to help calm and reset the nervous system, much needed at this time! Waves are constantly in motion, but there also a pause, a quiet in-between.
Sound Sea Sessions is a place to unwind, to lie down, and let the gentle waves of sound lap quietly through you. For rejuvenation and harmony, like a swim in the oceans refreshing waters.
And at the end of each group is a small ceremony, setting intention to the oceans and waters.
Phoebe Chan is a certified sound healing practitioner with The Sound Healing Academy. Her sound journey began in 2019 in Hong Kong, where she was born and raised. Since then, she has trained in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, exploring a range of sound healing techniques and traditions.
Now based in Auckland, New Zealand, Phoebe offers group sound baths at yoga studios, retreats, and private events, as well as one-on-one sessions from her peaceful studio in Orewa.
Her sessions feature a soothing blend of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, shamanic drum, and chimes, creating an immersive and meditative soundscape that promotes deep relaxation, energetic balance, and self-healing on all levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Nicola Rose Gibbons is a sound healer, with drumming, crystal singing pyramid, wind chimes and other instruments. She speaks light language, with chants and songs, and activations specifically for this group. This language assists in calming the nervous system, and works with the DNA.
She has travelled extensively to many of the earths sacred sites and hosted groups around the world. She offers one to one sessions where she currently based by the sea, in Tauranga Moana.
