Kia Ora! Join us for a Sound Sea Session, with the magic of sound healing for deep relaxation.
Immerse in sound frequency healing with Nicola Rose Gibbons and Phoebe Chan in this session of co creation. Both bringing their different waves and ways of sounding, sometimes joyfully overlapping.
Waves are constantly in motion, but there also a pause, a quiet in-between. Nicola will be bringing through a guided meditation that helps to calm the nervous system at this time.
Sound Sea Sessions is a place to unwind, to lie down, and let the gentle waves of sound lap quietly through you. For rejuvenation and harmony, like a swim in the oceans refreshing waters.
At the end of this group will be a small ceremony, setting intention to the oceans and waters.
Phoebe Chan is a certified sound healing practitioner with The Sound Healing Academy. Her sound journey began in 2019 in Hong Kong, where she was born and raised. Since then, she has trained in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, exploring a range of sound healing techniques and traditions.
Now based in Auckland, New Zealand, Phoebe offers group sound baths at yoga studios, retreats, and private events, as well as one-on-one sessions from her peaceful studio in Orewa.
Her sessions feature a soothing blend of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, shamanic drum, and chimes, creating an immersive and meditative soundscape that promotes deep relaxation, energetic balance, and self-healing on all levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Nicola Rose Gibbons is a sound healer. With drumming, crystal singing pyramid, wind chimes, other instruments. Soothing voice tones, chants and ancient songs, with activations specifically for this group.
Nicola started speaking light language in 2013, as a pupil of Judy Satori. The language assists in calming the nervous system, and works with the DNA. She has travelled extensively to many of the earths sacred sites and along the way, hosting groups around the world. She is currently based in Tauranga Moana, and offers one to one sessions also.
